Any tips for whatever is happening to the leaves? They're even worse on the other two bushes

It does looked knocked out something is eating it up! Have you seen japanese beetle around because they love some roses? I would use insecticide of some sort. Cut it back some and also I noticed the tips don't look very good. They look mushy it might be root rot or their diseased. Not to sure 😓 They were so beautiful too

Haven't seen any beetles, only the occasional wasp and lots of fireflies
