Cut down my salvia for the winter... cut up the stuff I cut off and some crunched up leaves and then covered with dirt for the mulch.

Just in time for the #red challenge! Welcome. 😀
#salvia - Welcome to Gtags! I look forward to seeing more of your gardens and plants! 🌻🌱🌼🌿
Thank you so much! I had the seed packet at one time but couldn't find it to know how to care for it during the winter time. So thank you for all your help!
Stunning salvia 👌👌👍
Is this pot big enough to keep my plants in? Or are they best outside in the ground? Thing is I am currently renting and don't want to leave my hats work behind as I grew these from seeds and are the first of my flowers to bloom and stay alive, lol
What and how many plants? How big is the pot? Are your plants currently in the ground? Are you moving? It's possible they could go into the pot, but a little more info please. :) #salvia
You're from WI . @KariSamuel could help you better than I. I'm surprised you have anything but snow! :)
@melsjourney how big the diameter and depth of pot is will determine size of plant you can grow to its max potential in any pot, and the pot material will effect how much water you need
Are you talking about the plants from the previous posts? If you are I am not sure the people commenting know that. So if that is true you should tag their user name to the explaination. I mean put the @ sign right in front of their user name. This sends a notification to them of your comments so they know you made one to them. You don't have to tag a person on their own photo page. So I did not have to tag you for you to get notified. Ask them to look at previous photos.🤗
