Echeveria Runyonii Topsy Turvy Cristata

Let her dry out all day yesterday and pulled off all the leaves that were overly damaged, repotted before bed. 🤞 this baby makes it now. She's one of my favorites and really don't wanna lose her

My topsy-turvy had a lot of yellow squishy leaves and I'd not watered in a long time. Soil was dry but I pulled her out soil and roots were wet. I pulled icky leaves off and cleaned wet soil from roots and am letting her air dry. Any other suggestions welcomed before I replant her
