I am thrilled and amazed that this little poppy bloomed. My first one and this one got battered by our wet windy June! I was quite upset. I brought them both in and this one was was shut tight. Will she or won't she flower I thought. Maybe a chance she will; and here she is! The pod was still sat on top so, I took it off and she unfurlled πŸ˜€πŸ’•πŸ’•

@christineb She had to be supported by a kebab stick! She was slightly wobbly. I put bag ties round to give her the best chance. I'm a plant nurse!!πŸ˜ƒ

If we leave everything in the garden, we glance at it for seconds as it sits amongst thousands.πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈworth bringing in. Especially the nice ones..A single flower in the house looks spectacular all evening..πŸ’šπŸ’š
