@jeatacake You're very kind Jeff. I'm sick of blackspot though. Even my Freddie rose has got it. I think only two roses I've got look free of it 😓

It's something that's pretty widespread & there's not a lot you can really do about it. A bit like tomato & potato blight (unless you get blight-resistant varieties). Some of mine usually get it too, but it never seems to affect how well they bloom though. 😏🥀

@jeatacake That's true Jeff, about blooming. Freddie rose for one, is in fine form. I've got several lovely blooms on him 🧡🧡

@philstalder Oh thank you Phil..I've only bought two online, the Freddie rose and the Rhapsody in Blue. The rest from Garden Centre's and the odd few from Morrison's Supermarket ♥️♥️

That’s what I do too. I have really expensive and really cheap plants from the dollar store to high end garden centers. I’ll never forget I went to a garden show at a highbrow place and wanted to buy a really expensive plant and the man said he wouldn’t sell it to me unless I promised to take care of it and send him pictures twice a year. Lol 😊

@philstalder 😁What an odd man, what plant was it he was so protective over? And did you get it?

4w

I don’t remember what it was because it died. It was some kind of succulent I’ve never seen before. I never sent him pictures either. Lol 😂

@philstalder They're not my thing really. I like some but I can't be messing about with them. I like big flowering plants! 😁🌹🌹
