Good morning folks! It’s Hepatica time again. These dainty blooms are completely captivating. I’ve had my Hapaticas for 3 years now and they’re getting better & better. Pinks, white and shades of blue. What do you think? 💕

I'm so excited. Saw these beautiful Hepaticas @ Chelsea this year and fell in love💙. So ordered these five Hepatica nobilis from Ashwood Nurseries (who won Gold at Chelsea) and they arrived today. Can't wait to get them potted up ready for flowering early next year... Come on Mike... Get a life!! 😊😊

They are gorgeous aren't they! I bought bare root plants a few years ago but they didn't materialise when spring arrived! Looking forward to seeing yours! 😀

Ohh I fell in love too and I only saw pics!! They are on my wishlist right next to Himalayan Poppies... subtropical garden may not be doable 😢 but I'm going to give them a red hot go in Spring!!!

I always wonder if the people who buy those ridiculously expensive Japanese Hepatica cultivars manage to keep them alive?

@tiggrx Saw the expensive options too, but stuck with H. nobilis seedlings (i.e. cheap). Always go cheap when I try something new!!
