I believe this plant is also called a Plumed Cockscomb. This was taken in Dodowa, Ghana on the roadside in front of a woman’s shop. I asked if I could take a picture and if she knew anything about the plant. She told me the local@name which I don’t remember but the flower and leaves are edible and used in stews here in Ghana and other parts of West Africa.
