I know them as Aeonium Cyclops. That must be the Latin name. Yours look very old. The stalks on mine are twice as thick and used to be 8 or so inches taller, till it got chopped in half by a falling shelf. I posted about it. Check it out in my profile pics.
The stalks grow to the direction of the sun so the change in the suns positions. It makes the stalks grow in curves through the year. It’s one of my very favorites in my collection.
