For those of you who are new to #Aeonium: Unlike most succulents, they go dormant during summer. I was beginning to worry that this li'l mama was dead, because the others I had still had some green, but this one was completely brown. I was relieved when it recently started sprouting leaves. I'd bought this pot with the intention to rehome my #horntree, but the plant turned out to be too big. Luckily, this #Aeonium-simsii, which was in a larger, rectangular terra cotta pot with a cluster of #GasteraloeFlow, was due its own showcase home. I'll be moving the #Crassula-ovata to that pot. #bonsai #succulent #succulentSunday 9June2019
