My sister is visiting from the Bay Area and yesterday we visited the garden center where I work. She bought this chubby li'l #GasteriaGlomerata for me. The names of this #succulent happen to be anatomical references. Due to the shape of the leaves, it's commonly known as #OxTongue, and the genus is named after the Latin word for stomach ("gaster") since the flowers resemble stomachs.
