I just made and ate a large serving of a ginormous salad with maybe 20 ingredients, including fresh #moringa leaves from the garden. In the Philippines (where it is known as #malunggay), eating the nutrient-dense #leaves is a standard recommendation for mothers who need to encourage their breastmilk production.
