Not sure if this #Sarracenia #Scarletbelle was dormant or a goner. Two teeny new shoots give me hope.

It's dormant. Just cut off the dead pitchers.... keep wet... and in sunny location and wait for it to warm up. She'll be just fine! ✌💗☺🕷🌱
Thanks, @PunkyKy! I've had her for a few years and I don't recall her looking this rough. Recently moved her to a glass cone that I keep topped up with rain- or distilled water. Shaded on the side of a fence but facing lawn that gets strong, indirect sunlight.
