That looks like Kalanchoe delagoensis, aka Kalanchoe tubiflora with not that many leaves on it! #kalanchoetubiflora . I have very large ones. They are also called Chandler plants, Maternity Plants or mother of a thousands. But it isnt your typical mother of a thousands you see called kalanchoe Bryophyllum daigremontianum or also known as the devil's backbone.
The leaves kinda look like slugs , same pattern and basic shape as the ones I see where I live. even looks like their little eyes poking out at the top , this plant is an absolutely beautiful specimen of nature!
