Kowhai Tree seeds soaked for 24 hrs in potassium nitrate solution to soften the outer shell then planted in their own little #recycled growhouses. Fingers crossed in about four weeks they should germinate 🌱🌱 @drnicko @thomasrat3 😊

The Kowhai flower is the national flower of New Zealand and Ann @thomasrat3 very kindly gave me two of her seeds to grow as we both have connections with NZ. I think her Kowhai tree died and hopefully we will manage to grow another between us ☺️ @brightcolours @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom @richard.spicer.7906 @wendy50
