Are you able to give it more sun by any chance? Depending on where you are in the USA, your plant will hopefully now be out of dormancy, so should start to colour up very nicely.

Perfect - I do think this is a Sempervivum though, not an Echeveria. Is it in the sun currently? If so, how much sun per day?
