Anyone know if the golden bamboo is a hardy plant, and survive being outdoor all year round in the north of England. Love the bamboos and looking to get a few in containers to dot around the garden.
I have two in pots that have been out all winter and are fine

What I would say is keep them in pots they are very invasive and can send runners all over your lawn
