Thanks .. That was taken last year.. Why hasn't it flowered this year?? And it seems to be springing up all over the garden?? Should I leave to bloom or remove some?? Thanks xx

Just be careful where kiddies are around and recommend you to wear gloves/wash your hands as its highly toxic if accidentally ingested 😳😳

And temporary blindness if you get the sap in your eyes. Remember the new shoots growing from the base of the shrub are biennial, growing in the first year and flowering in the second. Maybe this could give you a clue to why it didn't flower. @moo104
