Help me identify this plant, please! I’m very excited for this bloom even though I fear this might be a stinky cactus!!? 🌵 😷 🌸

Not 💯 but this looks like a corpse cactus before it blooms. Stapelia gigantea perhaps. Verify after bloom opens.

You will definitely be able to confirm if it smells like rotting flesh and attracts flies like crazy. This carrion is beautiful though and my son says the bloom even feels like skin

When this opens, @cyndi, we will know for sure, but looks highly likely! 👏👏👏👏 They take a while to pop open. I think they are building up their stink. 😂💞
