No, and they did take longer than I thought they would (done in October). I used a bag over the pot to keep the moisture up, and they’ve been sitting near a radiator too to keep the temperature around 20 degrees Celsius - would they have been quicker with rooting hormone?

yes hormone speed up. the little pots special for violets. there is a string to suck water up to roots..large moma pot porus ceramic sucks water up from bottom @richard.spicer.7906
