Plumeria

Can anyone tell me how to make my plants bloom flowers? Plumerias, bouganvilla, and african violets, morning glories? I have a knack for curing/growing plants, but flowers die on meee.

Thanks! Any recommendations? They have received miraclegro twice, once a week so far. Should i keep it uo during growing season only?

This guy is growing like crazy. He sits in a pot that I think may be too shallow, so should I replant him? Can anyone share pointers? I really want to see him bloom flowers.
