My first attempt at Amaranthus this year and they are looking something like! Have them edging the front boarder going to increase the volume for next year for more impact I think. 👍🏻👍🏻 #amaranthus #loveliesbleeding #ribbonsandbeads #goodforbirds #wildlifefriendly #red

Lovely cascading red with the green foliage.

ooooooo I'm trying this next year got the seeds in the greenhouse, any advice on them before I grow? 😉

Hi Wesley @wesleybrian I would say make sure you thin them out and pot them on as soon as they are large enough to handle. I left mine a bit late and ended up waiting ages for them to flower. I think they were a little bit stunted from not having enough light and space to thrive. There fine now but not as big as they could have been. Defo growing them again next year. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
And more Amaranthus 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 love the little lamb tail flowers. #amaranthus #loveliesbleeding #green #goodforbirds #wildlife #wildlifefriendly
I seem do they come in a purple ish colour
Yes @tina but it's more a purplish red rather than a true purple. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
That's the one I loved that one #tinawishlist
Very nice😍
