Oh no! Not too badly I hope?!

It's been an ongoing problem Rachel @rachelbrooks I have a cyst on my wrist joint (work related injury) that the doctors won't remove. And it's getting worse. Think the repetition of painting the fence over the weekend has done it more damage and I cannot grip, lift or bend it! It was so painful doing client gardens yesterday it was making me feel sick. So it thought I best give myself a day to try and recover. Fingers crossed the swelling will ease and I can get back to work tomorrow with it!

Oh crikey Beck! That's not good! Why won't they remove it? Lots of ice and ibuprofen then! Hope it eases quickly for you x

They've said that it's something that they've stopped removing on the NHS as this particular cyst tends to reoccur apparently so I have to wait until it get much bigger which is ridiculous as it's impacting on my work. So frustrating! @rachelbrooks I'll be fine thanks @lexijane 👍🏻
