Seems quite happy in its current spot after being rescued from the lawnmower a couple of years ago!

Forgot to post an update of my little rescue orchid, taken a few weeks ago. Has now died off so will have to see if it makes a reappearance at some point! 🤞🏻💜🤍

So I found a little clump of spotty leaves in my lawn a few weeks ago and decided to save them from being run over by the lawnmower again. Now I’ve been rewarded with a little flower! I think it is a common spotted orchid? 🤍💜

Nice to actually rescue a plant rather than realise I’ve killed one... 😉

Yay, that’s great! I found a tiny one at the base of my walnut tree but it hasn’t flowered yet. I’m still waiting patiently 🤞😘
