Honestly that looks more like a camelia than a viburnum but if the tag says so!! 😊 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viburnum_odoratissimum

Yes it could be Viburnum odoratissimum which is a slightly tender evergreen large shrub with lovely scented white flowers in late summer
