Help me identify this plant and what conditions it likes. Doesn't seem to be doing very well don't know if it's in the right place or if I'm not watering or over watering. It's in shade.
@sonny I had two in Canberra. Both sat in pots in full sun, had infrequent watering and kept flowering year after year! Bringing inside to enjoy the flower spike is a good idea!! 👍

Perhaps one for @stevie @bel @brightcolours @latebloomer @tiggrx @PlantDoctor to help with as I'm sorry I don't know what it is...
Looks like a Pineapple Lily or Eucomis. They start to die back after flowering but will shoot again next year.

@mysticalmaggie Where in Australia are you??
Live in Mandurah WA
Thanks bright eyes. It shouldn't be flowering now by the sounds of it. Have had it in the shade will give it a bit of sun.
Yes definitely Eucomis. Loves plenty of sun in this country!
I have one of these too - mine has now died back. I keep mine in a sunny position but being it in indoors when flowing. Very hardy.
