This is the bottom half of the Birds Nest I posted recently! She isnt flourishing as much as her top half but she's still going! And I love this fern stuff thats growing along with her.. does anyone know if thats part of the birds nest or another plant?! #plantid #birdsnest
It's something different.
Does it ever flower?
@brightcolours no flowers, not even when the birds nest was one piece and all that ferny moss (as i so technically call it) was in there
You have three plants in there: the birds nest fern, the 'moss' and the tri-leaf plant. @leisel @bel @sue1953 @errolly
Fabulous thank you @brightcolours thats what I initially thought. Good stuff!!
Is this easy to do @mzambz. Propagation that is.

Beautiful 👍🌿😀
Not bad considering about 2yrs ago hubby was repotting her and she snapped in half! 😣😣 hubby was devastated, all the roots on one side but
(Argh keep accidently hitting send lol)
..but i insisted we still repot the top and thats her now! Amazing! And the bottom half of plant hasnt grown but is still alive and living with its mossy fern friend in original pot lol - ill take a pic as would love help id'n the friend 😀
Looks very healthy 👍🌿😀
Super excited to see #spores on our #birdsnest #fern 😀 going to try #propagation soon 😀
Exciting!
I have one in my garden and the spores must go all over my garden but I havenโt had any babies yet. My Shuttlecock Fern on the other hand is prolific and grows in books and crannies all over my garden. Any ideas 💡 @mzambz ? 😊🙏🏼👍🏼🤔
