Possibly Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) or some other type of Artemisia.
Cheers @tiggrx, doesn't ring a bell for this one, a lovely gentleman at gardening Scotland 4 years ago gave it to me as a traditional heritage Scottish creeping herb grown on high ground... Can't remember the bloody name 😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱😱
