I'd say it's a cornflower (Centaurea).
Yeah, it looks like centaurea dealbata maybe?
Defiantly a cornflower, looks like it may flower deep purple if so it could be a variety called Jordy
Looks gorgeous, can't wait to see a picture of it when in flower. Love the colour
