Sunday and the suns shinning, woohooo , A day off Blackberry foraging me thinks🍾 so what's your best recipe for Blackberry jam all ?
My dad was a great jam maker but sadly he left no recipes. Our favourite was his blackberry, elderberry and apple. He used to make it in the pressure cooker - until the day he wandered off and forgot about it. He'd just finished painting the kitchen too!

@chrisf I'm terrified of pressure cookers for that very reason! Lol @Naomi126 I've always liked the freezer jam recipe myself. Seems to taste very fresh.
