Neem oil time 😜

Thats the only thing i dont like about nasturtiums ..the huge amount of blackflies on them ... they are simply covered all along the stems . Whatever i used on them i just couldnt stop them ..so dont have them anymore

I have blackfly on one the plants in my garden, also have neem oil which was for my daughters rash - how do you use it on the plants and does it work???
