When do you prune?

Does it smell like #liquorice ?? What do the flowers look like? Or do you mainly grow it for its silver foliage?

@ausgardentags pruning is regular, every 2 months roughly. It does smell faintly of licorice if you rub the foliage. Flowers are whitish and insignificant
