Is the taste much different than the regular spinach raw? @niching

It definitely has a green taste but not as slimy. As the leaves get older, it has a bit more bitter taste. You can eat leaves and stems raw. The leaves do get slimy when overcooked. Okinawa spinach is known to lower cholesterol and makes a pretty salad with the purple undersides.
