They look like baby assassin bugs, if that's what they are then they're beneficial :)

you have to look closely though. There is another bug that closely resembles the assassin bug 🐛 and they will eat your plants up! Thanks to Miss @cyndi I know know this. I had an encounter with some.

I haven't allowed enough time for them to turn red, so at the purple stage they are scipy but not too bad. I'd say similar to a regular cayenne
