#succulent #succulentrescue #echeveria #echeveriamonroe #stressedplant | 11Dec2018 - As suggested I desoiled, gave her a good soak and stood in water for the day while I did other jobs in the garden. Replanting in fresh new potting mix and she immediately started to pick up and fill out a little.

@Yollymac any thoughts?

@muzz67 does look like a Monroe to me, albeit a dehydrated one. Flowers should confirm either way. 😊

@Yollymac thank you! ☺️ Yes I admit I haven’t been paying enough attention to her recently, but when I watered her it was running straight through yet she was dry - will move to a shadier spot and see if I need to refresh the potting mix.She was very stressed (bright red) when I got her earlier in the year but she had calmed down so I thought I was doing well - need to pay better attention especially now it’s getting into full summer!

@ninooks when I run into such a problem I desoil them and dunk them in a bucket of water for a few hours. Some succulents seem to be very thirsty during summer. 😀
