You could plant them both in separate pots😉👍

@littlemorningglory I wish! Unfortunately I’ve read they have pretty fragile root systems and don’t usually make it if moved 😞

@nmregan In that case, I would just plant them in the ground or a big pot, fertilize them every month or two, and they should be fine☺

Thank you! I live in NYC so unfortunately I don’t have any ground to plant them in, but will have to look for an even bigger pot next time!

Is this 12” pot enough room for the two dwarf sunflowers or should I remove one?

@cyndi I wish I had the option to plant in the ground but unfortunately I live in an apartment in NYC so my fire escape is all I have :/ the pot I have them in is 9” deep and 9.5” wide. The dwarf variety is Yellow Spray so they should get between 18-24” tall. Should I try a 12” pot? Good to know you don’t think it will totally decimate them to transplant!
