Hi Dolcee. The photo of some of the leaves is deceptive. The Hoya is LARGE and a beautiful specimen. It is not unwell. It is thriving but the spots annoy me. I will post a photo. It came from a cutting in spring 2009. I am about to take 4-5 cuttings off it now to give to family members and don't want to pass on a diseased plant. I will try two cutting methods. Direct sow and air layering. Don't worry about your plant. As long as it's in good soil with good indirect light, it will boom

My Hoya is covered with white spots. They are hard and waxy and can be scraped off. Does anyone know what they are and the best/safest way to clean them off. TIA

Sorry your #hoya isn't looking too well but I wanted to ask how long it took to grow that big? I was given one in February this year but still no action.. Good luck healing your hoya

To get someone's attention eg to reply or ask a Q or say thanks, you need to put an @ in front of their name so they get a notification eg @BrightColours Because this is your post you get a notification every time someone likes or comments, regardless of whether they tag you or not. 😊

Oh wow 2009! Unbelievable how the flora word is teaching me something I never had - patience 😁

This is a pic of my Hoya and our new employee who is responsible for aphid control. He seems to love his job.
