Y’all I cannot catch a break. I was woken up this morning, the first time my son ever goes sleep at his grandparents house, by officers in my house illegally with guns drawn. Phew, glad I didn’t get shot. Well, good thing I guess is that I was up early enough to see the dew..
@KelsiBriana I woke up to the sound of someone yelling "sheriff's department." Thinking it was just my dad pranking me because the dude knocks like a cop, I wrap my self in a blanket bc I sleep nude (tmi) and come out to see cops standing in my living room with their guns pointed at me. They were looking for someone involved in a domestic dispute like two miles down the road from me. ????????
@KelsiBriana They said they thought the place was abandoned but lol wtf It does not look abandoned at all. Tbh this is the second time this has happened to me just with a dif excuse from the cops. Last time I was living in a different city though, and the excuse was that they saw my door open (it wasn't and that's not an invitation inside either.) Man, they do NOT respect people out here. I'm glad I didn't grab my friggen gun..
@KelsiBriana I filed a complaint but the whole time the officer was like "you should be GLAD we went in there, you could have been held hostage." Okay, but it was 6 AM, still dark out, and the dispute happened like two miles away. Someone said they "saw him go near my fence" but hmmm, how????
@KelsiBriana yes, the lieutenant who came out to take the report seemed really on edge like he didn’t want to be involved at all. They are aware that they dun goof’d. They are lying about knocking before they came in. I was asleep but I have a very loud dog who barks at the slightest sound. Good thing there were body cams. 80% sure they probably “malfunctioned” though. That’s w/e though. I have security cams.
