Is there any specific reason why you have used hay inside your containers? @Outbackmum

Hi @Vadakken we get temps in the mid to high 40’s in summer and it’s dry heat. I know succulents don’t need a lot of water but I find the sugar cane helps with keeping just a little moisture and cooler in these conditions plus it looks tidy and is easier than pebbles when it comes to repotting or propagation. 👍🏻

Thank you for the detailed explanation. I feel that pebbles, especially the coloured ones, clash with the natural beauty of succulents. @Outbackmum
