It has a great damask scent and it's just such a beautiful flower, old rose style, together with silky petals, though when temperatures are very high during spanish summers, the scent vanishes quickly. But during spring to early summer, and also in the autumn, the scent lasts much longer. It can flower in the middle of the summer heat! It's a particulary good bush too, and the leaves also have a little bit of an old rose character to them #englishrose
