I've been waiting for ages for this plant to bloom and even though it's pouring with rain, when I finally saw this lovely flower from my bedroom window I just had to go and look at it. Anyone know what it is?

I think it's an Asiatic Lily... I have a pot full in my garden... They are stunning but watch for the dreaded lily beetles !!!! 😊

#malcolmhillen Not only did the last owner of this house leave a garden full of lovely plants but she left some in pots, too, and this lily is one of them. Lucky me!
