Best #flower in my garden today. Could really use some warmth now...starting to feel very low energy. This flower is energising though ❤️💛❤️💛❤️

Thanks @keely I ❤️it too, but its going to a new home because its very high maintainence. The flowers are massive and very heavy. Every bud needs individually staking. Far too much work for me. All my other Dahlias just get tied loosely to a circle of #canes. Its really for a #show-gardener.

Awe such a shame i have some big ones but love them as they are my favourite flower I will split my tubers so I have smaller ones next year and put most in big pots instead of border as they can take over I've learnt that lesson this year, bonus is once they are dug out of garden I can plant up newbies for next year as I will have loads of space 😁😁😁

I have alot of perennials to go in and I will fill up with bedding for any gaps, but my wallflowers will go in once Dahlia's and cosmos come out ready for Spring 👍😆

Great plan! I didn't have any annual ones this spring, but 2 years ago I had purple ones. They were stunning. I might get them again this autumn.
