I've got a very ropey looking fuchsia in the greenhouse and trying to work out what's the matter with it. Too much water? Scorched? Any ideas, anyone?

I think from what someone has told me, it may have been caught by a frost and/or not getting enough water. Now I've changed it from its garden centre pot I'm hoping it will improve
