What do you think Sarah and Elaine? 🤔 @sieveheadsarah @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom #aquilegia-green-apples
Definitely an aquilegia now I see the bottom leaves….💚👌🏼
The flowers are so beautiful maybe we just don’t notice the leaves 🤔 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
I reckon that’s it Jane & Elaine, maybe I launched some seeds about 🤨 it’s squished in with a large grass, I also checked the leaves and the ones that aren’t part of the flower stem are definitely aquilegia 👍🏼😀 @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom
It will be interesting to see if they are green apples 🍏🤔

At last, I've been seeing everyone else's and now mine are starting 🍏💚 #aquilegia-green-apples #columbine-green-apples
Love that colour! I have one that I'm hoping will look similar when it's bloomed 💚💚💚
That’s very pretty. I have one pale pink one that I noticed was just coming into flower yesterday. Several more days for mine I think 🤔
Mine are still a few weeks away.
Wonderful choice Jane 💚💚
Me too Ash, I'm sure yours will 💚👍 @daisyrozanne
I particularly like this one Jacqueline 💚 I spotted a pink bud too on another one. To change to a completely different subject, how long do rhodochiton seeds usually take, I'm just wondering whether to persevere with them, it's six weeks now? 🤔 @awomanonabike
Most of mine are waking up now so yours shouldn't be too far behind Urszula 😍 @ublaszko
Thanks Rula, it's such an elegant plant 💚 @sabbanrula
I seem to have all stages of growth on mine at the moment, I spotted a pink bud on one yesterday and Black Barlow is about to burst forth, hopefully Nora won't be too far behind 😍 @auricula
Thank you Susan 🙏💚 @novicegardenlover

Morning everyone, have a great day 🙋♀️🙋♀️ #aquilegia #aquilegia-green-apples #columbine #columbine-green-apples #grannysbonnet 23/5/19
Morning Jane, lots of blooms 🍏🍏🍏
Gorgeous
Morning Jane, I've one of these that is so very close to flowering 🙋♂️🙋♂️
Morning Ange, it’s doing really well this year @anges 🍏🍏
Morning Jason, I grew these from seed about 18 months ago and they’ve really come into their own this year. Didn’t you do these at the same time as me? 🤔🤔
Morning Jayne 💚 loads of flowers there!!
Thanks Linda @greenhouse 🍏🍏
Thanks Katy, I’m really pleased with them this year @gjones 🍏🍏
Ooo I have this one inherited with the garden Jane I wondered which variety it was..@pelly
Morning Jeremy, these are in the front garden and are doing much better than the ones in the back, but they are well worth growing @jpea 💚💚
Morning James, they are flowering well this year @bandicoot 💚🍏

Sorry I'm clogging the feed but I have a few progress pics to upload. Aquilegia Green Apples, grown from seed in 17, didn't do very well last year but are coming into their own now 🍏🍏 #aquilegiagreenapples #columbine-green-apples #aquilegia #columbine #green 3/5/19
Love it’s colour...👌🏼
Much better than last year Cyndi, if I manage to get any seeds I'll send you some @cyndi 👍👍
Thanks Elaine, I nearly ripped them out last year as they looked really wishy washy, but they're looking much better this time round @wagsmomthompsonbtinternetcom 🍏🍏
Pretty 💚😀
Glog away, that's a great one! I haven't heard of that before. 😂😂 @cyndi I've been doing that a lot these last few days to try and update my plant list. Some of the plants haven't had a photo since last summer!
Thanks Urszula, there’s still more to come and I have so much to update too. This is a really pretty one, if I manage to get seeds you’d be welcome to some @ublaszko 💚💚
I have this one, bought it as bareroot plant earlier in the year but I don't know if it will flower this year. I suspect I might have to wait until next year for the flowers. Thank you for the offer 💞
Another one to add to my wish list 😍
Some plants take a while to settle, hopefully yours will do well this year Elise @auricula 👍😍
You’re welcome, I hope it does flower for you @ublaszko 💛👍
It’s a very pretty one Dar, well worth a go @SikoMa 👍💚

Morning everyone. This is the first of my various aquilegias to flower, it shouldn’t be long before I have some more hopefully 🤍. Have a great day #aquilegia-green-apples #columbine-green-apples #mayflowers
Morning Jane - they're so pretty 🤍💚🤍 I sowed some aquilegia ages ago and I saw the leaves the other day when I was tidying the border. I can't remember if it was this one or not - I'll need to check. 👍
Mine are Lime Sorbet - I sowed them in 2020. Still waiting for a flower 😄
Thanks Ange. Yours should flower this year then 🤞. Getting back to plant names these are never really green which is a bit disappointing @anges
I hope so🤞 You would think Lime Sorbet might be green but I think they're white 😄
Morning Jane, I love this one, Think I have lost my Norah Barlow again😕
Some more badly named plants 😂 @anges
Morning Elise. That’s a shame, the ones you sent me never came back either 😢 @Auricula
I lost the one you sent me too Jane - perhaps they didn’t like the postal service…
Morning Jane .. I had green apples at the last house but as you say they’re not green 🤨, my aqualegia all seem to look downwards like the hellebores 🤣
Morning Jane. I seem to have lots of foliage only for now 👋🙄
Morning Jane 🤍 Was not expecting these to be White?? Mine never came up 🤷♂️
