Iris x hollandica 'Lion King'

Morning everyone. My #dutch-iris-lion-king has appeared at last, this is the one I thought had changed colours so I’m a happy bunny now 🤎💛🤎

I'm not sure what's happening with my Dutch irises this year. This is supposed to be Lion King, it has been for the last three or four years. They haven't been moved and I've not amended the soil so it's a mystery. There are still a couple more to flower so I'll see what happens 🤔

No I think the cold and wet did for a lot here 😢

Couldn't get mine to survive, although a random blue iris popped up this year, and I think some others are coming through, no idea what 🤷‍♂️

They will be a nice surprise I’m sure 👌
