Thanks @petalsnthorns. I didn’t even think about the options. I would have thought it was just a given as they are plants. They came in a box so I can’t understand why so crushed. 🤷🏽‍♀️. We live & learn ☺️

I get what you mean @RozH. Was the box crushed at all? How good was the packing/wrapping of individual plants? Was there any extra newspaper or something else to fill in the gaps in the box? (So the plants can't move around in the mail) Very true, we do live and learn 😊

You would think they'd at least give you the option to have it sent through express post. I can understand why you would of just assumed they would be anyway @RozH
