Hi there... this is a very sickly looking #philodendron or #pothos as many know it as. Possibly #root-bound or it has been over watered? I would recommend cutting the few pieces off, and #rooting-water start. These grow easily in water. Starting with new, healthy cuttings and fresh soil will definitely perk this up!
@KariSamuel same with this one. I had three starts in water til they grew roots and now it's in the soil. Should I still do what you suggested? I'm still learning. 😊

Oh, no you don't have to do it again! Sorry, I didn't realize this was a newly potted one! Don't let it dry out for sure!
