Thank you, Sherri! 😀 After some research, I found out that it is in fact another species of medusoid Euphorbia. One difference being the E. muirii lacks the defined central stem which E. flanaganii has. To me, they look like sisters, lol.❤❤❤ @sherrisgarden

Is this the same as Medusa's Head ? It looks healthy. 😍
