It likes bright light, but never direct sun- the leaves will scorch. It likes to have moist soil, so only let it dry out a little. If it dries out completely, it collapses(I made that mistake with mine). It will recover with water, but it takes longer to stand back up than fittonias, fir instance. Last tip: high humidity! I keep mine on a tray of wet pebbles and mist it at least every couple days. Humidity is super important for this one. Hope that helps!
I have it out of my screen Room so it gets good white. I totally learned about the watering she would Wilt over and I'd give her some water and she perked right backup. I do mist her every couple days I do it to all my house plants lol. Thank you so much!
@rosechilders101 I've had this since June and honestly it come pretty close to death and then I water it and it perks back up. Definitely one of my most difficult plants
It was not doing well when I brought it home from the discount rack but I thought maybe I could save it.... Nope. All the leaves shriveled up and the stalks died. I think I scorched it. Surprised I could even do that with the weak lights I have
Help me identify this plant...I've had it for a while and its very temperamental any tips would be greatly appreciated
Snow White Waffle Plant (Hemigraphis alternata 'Snow White')
