Wow thats so cool i just looked at the encyclopedia link now at the risk of sounding increadibly stupid can you eat it, is it like spinach?
@kristina2 Yes. It's a kind of amaranth. You eat the leaves of it. It is quite tasty! This is my first year growing it, but I've sampled some seedlings 😉
