Lotus Bertholotii

Back in bloom. Nice to seeing it coming back after my mistake of leaving it in direct sun. It loves the shaded position so much more. And lots of water too.

01012018 Plant Update: Quite pleased with the new growth on my #lotusberthelotii. The harsh Aussie sun almost killed my poor plant and so I cut off about half of it, including all the flowers. New growth is now as long as my palm span.

Lotus Berthelotii is a weird, amazing, showy plant. The flower look like a bird's claws or something if you ask me. But yeah, I love this show-off because she gives a nice big welcome to visitors! #lotusberthelotii

2 September 2017 - foliage is yellowing and looks like it's thinning out. Tips seem to be curling a little too... I haven't been watering too much or too little.. Not sure what the issue is. :( #lotusberthelotii

@gauravsh6 pot. It sits outdoors on the porch. We have been getting more clouds and colder weather of late. Spring is slow a'comin'
